We had a blast at the Pleasantville Music Festival on July 8th in this beautiful suburb of Westchester County, NY. The Pamnation Stage opened the festival with local rockers and winners of the Battle of the Bands, For Lack of a Term. They woke everyone up and prepared us for the wild ride we had ahead of us. Stellar Young took the stage next and wowed us with their atmospheric indie rock sounds. We dig them big time!
Next up: Arc & Stones out of Nashville. They delivered a rock 'n' roll, blues and soul cocktail definitely shaken and not stirred. We drank it up! The Alpaca Gnomes took the stage next; complete with their followers of 'gnomies' decked out with their hats and great spirits! Their folk rock jam band goodness was just what we ordered and received. Sir Cadian Rhythm (now known as The Sirs) followed the Gnomes and elevated the Pamnation Party Stage to new heights with their soaring rhythms and even higher energy. We bow to you, Sirs.
Headlining the Pamnation Stage was none other than Ripe. They closed out the Pleasantville Music Festival with total ripeness; passionate earth shaking funk that rocked the whole festival to its core. These guys have what it takes and are taking it by storm. As they deserve. Thanks for headlining our stage!
